We are an out-of-network provider. Upon request, we will provide you the \u201cSuperbill\u201d, which you can submit to your insurance provider to get the reimbursement for your office visits. The coverage rate varies depending on the type of your insurance plan.<\/p>\n\n

Although under many PPO plans, out-of-network providers are paid at a 60-80% rate for the services, we strongly urge you to check with your insurance company to find out the coverage prior to your office visit.<\/p>\n\n

Please note that MEDICARE<\/strong> does not cover Naturopathic medicine at this time.<\/p>\n\n
